Great Tours Start with You

Make your Walking Photo Tour experience, and everyone who attends the tour, as entertaining and comfortable as possible. We ask that you agree to all of the guidelines.

Cameras
Walking Photo Tour DOES NOT PROVIDE you or anybody with A CAMERA. In order to learn how to be a good photographer, you must bring some kind of camera. Our preference is you bring your personal camera since you are familiar with it. If you are unsure of your camera’s abilities, please do bring your cameras manual.  If you do not have a personal camera, you may also use the camera on your phone, purchase a disposable camera, or borrow a friend’s camera.

Cancellation
Tours must have two (2) or more attendees reserved or the tour may be cancelled. You will be notified via email or phone call with in 24 hours of your scheduled tour.

Wear Athletic Type Shoes
You are undertaking a WALKING Photo Tour. There are uphill climbs, streets to cross, grates to walk over and possible broken glass to maneuver around. A good pair of shoes is essential for a comfortable walking tour.

Dress For The Weather
San Francisco is notorious for micro climates. Dress in layers that can easily be removed and or put back on as walking through each of San Francisco’s neighborhoods can go from being cold and over-cast to sunny and hot within blocks. For more information about micro climates.

Weather
Walking Photo Tour, walks in all weather.  From rain to sun, we will brave the elements.  Rainy and over-cast weather is actually the best time to learn how to take great photographs.

Bring A Blanket Or A Warm Coat
If you are not taking the walking tour but waiting for someone, you will be sitting for 2 hours or more.

Restrooms
Be aware, during the tour, there may not be a public restroom/bathroom/water closet available. Please take care of your business before we begin the walking part of the photo tour.

Bring Water Or Non-Alcoholic Drinks
As long as you are willing to carry these throughout the tour. Backpacks are encouraged to hold any items you bring to keep your hands free for your camera.

Children Are Allowed
Please be aware of YOUR child’s needs and attention span. Walking Photo Tour is two hours long. We do not offer refunds to parents or children that become non-interested or need to leave due to the child’s behavior.

Health
We advise that if you have any health conditions, are frail and cannot walk that you do not take the walking photo tour.

Umbrellas
Walking Photo Tour does not provide umbrellas. If an umbrella is needed, please provide your own umbrella and bring it with you on the tour.

Foul Or Inappropriate Language
In order to ensure everyone’s enjoyment we ask that you refrain from any foul or inappropriate language or conversation during the tour.

Stay With Your Guide
At all times, stay with your guide to ensure your safety and to ensure you learn the history of San Francisco, the neighborhoods history and the 5 easiest photography techniques.

Illegal
Walking Photo Tour or Actualize Productions and Products will not tolerate any property damage or littering.

The illegal activity will NOT be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the tour immediately and are not entitled to receive any refund or reimbursement of any kind.
